Barwon Edge is ideally situated along the banks of the Barwon River. They have landscaped gardens studded with 3 ponds, native & deciduous trees along with the local wildlife, creating the perfect backdrop for pre-dinner drinks and photo opportunities. These lush surrounds have made it one of the most popular wedding reception venues in Geelong. Pair with this the experienced event staff, quality catering and excellent facilities, and it is clear why Barwon Edge is a reception centre with a difference. Every function or wedding reception is tailored specifically to the need of the client, from the menus through to the decorations and entertainment.

Function durations - All functions are priced on a 5 hour duration, but can be altered in discussion with the venue. Functions must either be in the daytime (8.30am - 5pm) or evening (6pm - 12am) timeslot.
Function end times - Daytime Functions: 5pm / - Evening Functions: 12am (Monday to Saturday) and 11pm (Sunday) - these times can be extended on application
